For Valentine's Day, Virgile Texier is offering an exclusive cocktail crafted with The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old and Le Nar Sweet Vermouth set against the vibrant backdrop and warm ambiance of the Boubalé bar.

* Le Nar red Sweet Vermouth

* Verjus Bourgouin Cognac 

* Beetrroot / Pandan shrub

 

Shake all of the ingredients over ice and serve in a whisky glass.

Garnish with a pommegranate flower. .
